Knob Creek is a brand launched by Jim Beam in 1992 as part of the Jim Beam Small Batch Collection, alongside Booker’’s, Baker’’s and Basil Hayden. Its mash bill has an unusually high proportion of rye. This 9 year old version was bottled at 100 proof (50%).
