Information
These Chardonnay vines are located on a parcel with a steep slope needing meticulous manual care. Each individual vine, growing on loose, stony soil, enjoys both a sunny exposure and the benefits of biodynamic growing, resulting in a high-quality raw material. In the vineyards, everything is done in such a way as to follow the natural rhythm of biodiversity and the soil. Once the Chardonnay grapes are harvested by hand, they are delicately pressed before being left to ferment in oak barrels. Finally, the wine is aged for several months on lees before being bottled.
The elegant golden colour with bright glints unveils an expressive bouquet marked by aromas of yellow fruits, such as apples and pears. The fine and silky palate reveals delicious fruity flavours alongside a wonderful minerality, leading to a fresh and long finish.
