About the wine
A Clairin produced by Fritz Vaval from pure Madame Meuez cane juice harvested in 2015. Clairin is a Haitian cane spirit similar to rhum agricole. It is generally made by small producers with local sugarcane. Once only produced for local consumption, it now has a far wider reach thanks to the work of Luca Gargano.
