Information
Antoine Lienhardt, owner of the eponymous Burgundy estate, manages over five hectares of fine parcels in Comblanchien, a village well-known for its ancient limestone quarries. It comes at no surprise that the vines soak up the essence of this land to create beautifully pure and balanced wines.
Antoine Liedhardt, who was joined by his sister Héloïse in 2017, makes this rosé using Gamay grapes. It is the product of meticulous farming by a winemaker who is very fond of organic and biodynamic agricultural methods. The grapes are harvested by hand, to ensure that they are carefully sorted, before being vinified in whole bunches. The stems are included to add freshness, complexity and structure to the wine. The grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruits’ decadent flavours. This wine is filled with fruity and light floral notes making it ideal to enjoy as an aperitif or to accompany summer dishes.
