This 100% Riesling dry white wine originates from the Dr. Bürklin Wolf winery in Pfalz, in the heart of Germany’s wine-growing landscape. The domain, one of the largest in the country, selects premium grapes from the vineyards of Wachenheim, Deidesheim and Ruppertsberger, all of which have enjoyed the benefits of biodynamic farming for over twenty years. Once picked, the Riesling grapes are carefully vinified in a gentle, low-intervention way. Fermentations are triggered by native yeasts naturally present in the berries.
This lightly golden and bright dry white wine reveals an expressive bouquet, with intense scents of green apple, lime and peach subtly combined with floral notes. The fresh, juicy palate elegantly affirms the aromas on the nose, while revealing a mineral framework, leading to a long, flavoursome finish.
