Here he presents a Vin de France called Les Humains, an astonishing wine that combines Chardonnay, a grape variety common in the region, with Riesling, a variety more commonly found in Alsace. These varieties have been cultivated meticulously, following environmentally friendly principles that respect biodiversity and place great importance on the life of the soil.
