Information
These Nebbiolo vines, with an average age of 40 years, grow in clay soils. Each parcel is cultivated with the greatest respect for its ecosystem and biodiversity, in order to harvest healthy, high-quality raw material. The same philosophy is followed in the cellar and vinification is carried out using minimal intervention to allow the terroir to freely express its personality through each cuvée. The grapes undergo a long maceration, and the wine produced is aged for five years in barrels and 18 months in bottles.
The colour is garnet-red with orange glints. The intense bouquet is marked by aromas of tobacco and leather, followed by notes of cherries and violets. The rich and structured palate is characterised by velvety and round tannins leading to a deliciously long finish. This cuvée can be stored at length in the cellar.
