Sophie, Michel Noëllat’s daughter, and Arnaud, Robert Sirugue’s son, stand as heirs to a rich family winemaking legacy. Together, they first purchased a parcel of Vosne-Romanée village. Over the years, the domain developed from strength to strength. The winemakers then acquired parcels near Meursault and Gevrey-Chambertin. Every stage in the winemaking process, both in the winery and in the vines, is designed and carried out with the sole purpose of revealing the unique character of these exceptional terroirs. They practise gentle, precise viticulture and their charming cellar under Arnaud’s grandfather’s house is ideal for fine-tuning their project. Their first vintage was unveiled in 2016 and marked the start of a long line of ever more emblematic wines. Armed with a solid background and a considerable family legacy, the winemaking duo produce cuvées that can be only be nothing short of remarkable.
