Information
This prestigious estate, located a few kilometres east of Auxerre in the Yonne department, draws on the history of five generations of winemakers. Over the years, each winemaker has succeeded in establishing their own style while preserving the family heritage. Today, the estate is run by Lilian Duplessis, who took over from his father Gérard in 1999. Mindful of environmental issues and concerned about the health of the soil, the winemaker started organic conversion in 2007 and was certified in 2013. The estate comprises almost ten hectares of vines, spread over ten or so plots, each with its own distinct and unique characteristics. This great diversity enables the vines, some of which are 75 years old, to produce cuvées with a rich and varied range of aromas. These vines, spread across the best Chablis vineyards, are real treasures, producing flavoursome wines with remarkable development potential.
