Information
Originally built by the Congregation of the Fathers of the Oratory in the 16th century, Château Saint Anne cultivated vines and olive trees from the outset. With magnificent vaulted stone cellars dating back to that time, the estate includes almost 14 hectares of vines, now cultivated by the fifth generation of winegrowers in the Dutheil de La Rochère family. Extensive renovation work and the construction of a modern winery have been undertaken to reconcile ancestral expertise with modern, sustainable winemaking techniques. This historic Bandol estate entered a new chapter in its history some 30 years ago, when Françoise Dutheil de La Rochère decided to introduce organic farming to her vineyards. The unique terroir and microclimate, combined with the subtle winemaking skills of Jean-Baptiste Dutheil de La Rochère, produce elegant, fragrant cuvées that reflect the spirit of the vineyard.
