Information
Laura Aillaud invites us to the heart of the Lubéron in Provence to discover her pure, authentic wines. Respect for nature is a central pillar to all that she does on her 6-hectare estates where she practices organic agriculture and uses certain aspects of biodynamics. She also uses draught horses to work the soil.
This exceptional red wine was created from vineyards bathed in the sunlight of the Luberon region. It is the piece de resistance in any collection and is a true symphony of flavours elegantly celebrating the essence of the traditions in southern winemaking.
Laura Aillaud, who produced this Amorcito, is a virtuoso who is passionate about organic wine. This wine will surround you with the essence of the Rhône Valley. Its character comes from limited production and a meticulous winemaking process which shows immense care for the vines and expresses the wealth of southern winemaking traditions.
The vineyard uses the natural process of cover cropping. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in the cellar using native yeast, and very little – if any – sulphites are added.
The deep ruby colour flaunts complex aromas where berries mix marvellously with notes of spice. Velvety tannins caress the palate with exceptional finesse.
This cuvée pairs splendidly with refined dishes such as grilled meat or aged cheese for an unforgettable experience.
