This cuvée is a meticulous blend of nine parcels of Malbec, carefully cultivated in a natural way, according to biodynamic principles. The different plots of Malbec are vinified separately in concrete vats, to preserve the individual character of each. The cuvée is then blended and carefully matured for six months in used 400-litre and 600-litre barrels before bottling. This cuvée is produced without any added sulphites.
The purple colour, tinged with dark reflections, is accented by an expressive and generous bouquet, combining floral and ripe red fruit aromas with spicy notes and hints of vanilla. The smooth, velvety palate reveals a superb balance between fruity aromas and well-defined tannins, culminating in a long, deep, complex finish.
