Information
This cuvée originates from a mid-slope, east-facing plot, providing ideal conditions for the grapes to mature. The clay-limestone soils impart a distinct mineral structure to the wine. The vinification process involves slowly pressing the grapes, then leaving the must to settle for 10 hours. The wine is exclusively aged in stainless steel vats for 16 months, preserving the purity of the aromas and the freshness of the juice. This nectar is characterised by its pale, crystalline yellow colour.
The delicious bouquet reveals notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, this elixir is expressive and taut, with a mineral character adding finesse and distinction. The finish is invigorating and fresh, offering considerable pleasure. This Chablis displays the liveliness and minerality characteristic of its terroir. It can be enjoyed young, or aged for a few years to reveal more complex aromas of exotic fruit.
