Information
This dry white wine is made from Listán Blanco grapes which grow in the northeastern Tenerife, where majestic cliffs dominate the coastal landscape. The vines are cultivated on volcanic soil at an altitude of 550 metres and are carefully harvested by hand. The grapes are fermented naturally in cement tanks with native yeast. Afterward, the juice is matured on lees for an entire year: partially in 2500-litre vats, and partially in neutral oak casks. A minimal amount of sulphur is added before the wine is bottled.
This full-bodied wine opens with notes of volcanic minerality, enhanced by a refreshing touch of lemon zest. The palate is vibrant and crisp, evoking the volcanic soil of the terroir, and is balanced with a hint of saltiness. The finish is rich and well-rounded, with a silky texture and fresh fruit aromas that leave a lasting impression.
