Information
Puligny-Montrachet is one of the most prestigious villages in Burgundy and among the Côte d’Or’s most renowned areas for Chardonnay production. The region’s slightly continental climate, tempered by moderate winds and temperatures, provides ideal conditions for growing grapes that combine richness with freshness. Vinification follows traditional methods. The harvested grapes are gently pressed to extract the juice. Fermentation is conducted in oak casks. The wine is then aged for around 12 months in oak, including a proportion of new barrels, preserving the purity of the fruit while enhancing aromatic complexity.
The wine presents a bright, pale yellow hue revealing a complex nose of white-fleshed fruit complemented by delicate floral notes. The palate is elegant and well structured, with fine freshness and lively acidity balancing the wine’s richness.
