Information
The Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes behind this cuvée are sourced from renowned crus of the Montagne de Reims, where chalk soils ensure optimal drainage. Harvesting is done by hand, followed by meticulous sorting. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, while malolactic fermentation is halted to preserve liveliness and freshness. The wine undergoes extended ageing of at least 3 years on the lees before disgorgement and a low Extra Brut dosage.
The pale yellow hue with golden glints is enhanced by a fine, persistent foam The nose bursts with aromas of apricot, peach, stone fruit, citrus, orange blossom and brioche. The palate is rich, creamy and finely balanced, revealing generous flavours of exotic fruit, cherry, lemon, vanilla and honey, leading to a delightfully persistent finish.
