Information
Chambolle-Musigny is renowned for producing some of the most delicate and refined Pinot Noir wines of the Côte de Nuits. Among its most revered climats, the Premier Cru Les Amoureuses holds a near-mythical status. The vines grow on limestone soils strewn with pebbles and light marls. These well-drained soils concentrate aromatics and impart the elegant minerality that defines the identity of the wine. After manual harvests, the fruit is vinified using traditional methods, with spontaneous fermentation carried out by native yeasts. The wine is then aged for 12 months in oak casks.
In the glass, the wine shows an intense ruby hue with garnet glints. The nose delivers fresh red fruit lifted by floral notes and delicate spice, underpinned by a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, a silky, refined attack opens onto fine, precise tannins supported by vibrant freshness.
