Information
Mon Mojo is a red wine made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines grow on well-drained soils that encourage slow, even ripening, producing concentrated fruit and a wine of notable aromatic finesse. The grapes are harvested by hand at peak ripeness. Fermentation then takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, driven by the native yeasts naturally present on the skins. The wine is then aged on fine lees for 6 months, without new oak.
The bright, pale ruby hue is enhanced by luminous garnet glints. The nose is elegant and complex, shaped by crunchy red fruit aromas, lifted by floral notes of rose and peony. On the palate, a fresh, lively attack reveals refined, smooth tannins. The finish is long, floral and mineral, leaving a clear impression of freshness and purity.
