Château Tour-Séran, whose origins date back to the 17th century, was formerly owned by the Marquis de Ségur and the Comte de Verthamon. This beautiful 20-hectare property lies on gravelly and clay-limestone hills beside the Gironde with a terroir reminiscent of Pauillac. Château Tour-Séran's older vines (40 years) enable a greater emphasis of the wine's refinement. The high proportion of Merlot (75%) produces rounded, supple, elegant wines that are drinkable while young.
