About the wine
Fixin is generally a very colourful wine. Its structure is often very tannic. With good acidity, this wine is robust and well-structured and made for cellaring. It has gamey even wild (fur and musk) aromas, to which the Pinot always adds its own unique flavours of red and dark berries (blackcurrant, cherry and blackberry). As it ages, Fixin loses its astringency and becomes finer and richer.
