Founded in Beaune in 1859 by Louis Henry Jadot, this house is now one of the most prestigious ones of all Burgundy. With nearly 150 wines, it covers almost every appellation. Besides its merchant activity, this house also has its own domain of 225 hectares.
About the cuvée
Nothing could spoil the Corton grand cru's reputation, especially not Maison Louis Jadot which has created this wine that is at once sophisticated, profound and complex. Marked by primary notes in its youth, it becomes more complex over time with more grilled, even animal, notes. With a generous texture, balanced by superb freshness, it can be enjoyed young just as much as after around 15 years in the cellar. As you can see, this isn't one to let pass you by.
