This Côte de Léchet Premier Cru has a brilliant, crystal clear colour and a bouquet of flinty mineral notes and beautifully intense white flower aromas. It is delightfully taut on the palate and boasts the appellation’s very distinctive mineral quality.

About the Producer Bernard Defaix

This domaine, located in the heart of the Chablis in the village of Milly, was founded by Bernard Defaix in 1959 and is now managed by Sylvain and Didier Defaix. The domaine is certified for organic farming and priority is focused on vine cultivation (controlling the yield) and respecting the identity of the different terroirs of the domaine.
