Les Baudines has a complex, delicate nose that reveals notes of pear and sweet spices such as cinnamon, the result of an expert elevage in oak. The imposing body will soften over time but rest assured that the long finish stays strong!
About the Producer Bernard Morey
Domaine Bernard Morey is located in Chassagne-Montrachet. His children, Vincent and Sophie, have now managed the domaine since the 2006 vintage. The domaine was renamed when they took office: Domaine Vincent and Sophie Morey.
