This remarkable cuvée is a blend of 77% Chardonnay, 19% Pinot Blanc, and 4% Pinots.Gris The vines are planted in an extensive mosaic of terroirs primarily composed of gneiss, schist, and sandstone dating back to the glacial era. During the harvest, the selection of grapes is meticulous.
In the winery, the grapes undergo a month-long fermentation using natural yeasts. Each vintage is aged on its lees in barrels for eight months. Domaine Loimer is committed to producing a zero dosage cuvée with a total of 21 mg of sulphur per litre.
