The vines are planted on hillside slopes, and Marc-Antonin carries out outstanding work on his land by minimising interventions with the vine plants The rows benefit from natural cover crops, which promote microbial life in the soils. At the estate, the grapes are hand-harvested and brought to the cellar for fermentation and ageing in oak barrels.
