Beaune 1er Cru Les Tuvilains Moron Garcia 2023

Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy, is renowned for its exceptional premiers crus, which benefit from an ideal climate and soils conducive to the fine expression of Pinot Noir. The vines benefit from the east-facing vineyard and flourish on clay-limestone soils, rich in iron. The harvest are carried out by hand, followed by maceration in whole bunches to preserve the purity of the fruit. Fermentation then takes place naturally thanks to native yeasts. Maturation in oak barrels, with a small proportion of new wood, brings a touch of elegance without overpowering the fruit.
The intense ruby-red colour is graced with purple tints, promising a fragrant bouquet. The nose, both complex and refined, reveals notes of Morello cherry, raspberry, and dried rose, enhanced by hints of sweet spices. The ample and silky palate gently leads to a long finish, marked by notes of undergrowth and black pepper.
