Lot presentation
Chassagne-Montrachet François Carillon François Carillon 2014
The wine
The fruit of traditional vinification, this Chassagne-Montrachet can be enjoyed in its youth due to its primary notes of minerals, white flowers and white fruits. Ample and generous, it calls for gastronomic pairings with fish or poultry in sauce, for example.
About the Producer François Carillon
The Carillon family has been established in Puligny-Montrachet since the 16th century. In 2010, the family vineyard was shared between the two brothers, François and Jacques. François Carillon cultivates 6.5 hectares and also runs a trading business. The domaine produces great white wines.
