Côtes du Jura Chardonnay Les Champs Rouges Romain - Julien - Charline Labet 2019

The wine

Les Champs Rouges is produced solely from Chardonnay raised on lees and in oak. Bottled without fining or filtering, the wine is clear in colour with notes at once delicate and generous. We also find hints of yellow fruits, flowers and vanilla. The palate nicely balances body, liveliness and a salty finish. Made for aging, it will go perfectly with an oven-cooked fish and sauce.
