This Grand Cru is the fruit of biodynamic viticulture and a carefully-executed vinification process. It has been crafted with ageing in mind and makes an excellent pairing with highly-seasoned, gourmet dishes.

About the Producer Nicolas Maillet
★ Partner ProducerIn 1999, Nicolas Maillet took over the family domaine (which had existed for four generations) following his father who then brought his grapes to the local cooperative. It has doubled its surface area to 7 hectares, 5.4ha of which are Chardonnay on the slopes of the small village of Verzé in Saône-et-Loire, in the heart of the Mâconnais. The vineyard has been certified as organic since 2011. Vinification is essentially done in vats with minimum intervention.
