Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Vergers Fernand et Laurent Pillot (Domaine) 2003
Les Pillot have been present in Chassagne since the 19th century on several independent domaines. Laurent and Marie-Anne work over 15 hectares on many appellations of the Côte de Beaune. All their wines are vinified and aged in their cellar of Chassagne-Montrachet, reconciling modern equipment with respect for the soil.
