The wine

The biodynamic François Carillon domain grows two parcels on the Les Perrières premier cru. The resulting wine is one of great precision and unmatched sophistication. Aromas of minerals, citrus and white fruit explode on the palate, making way for other, more flavourful notes of stone fruits and a supple, silky texture, proof of its maturation in oak (15% new wood).

The Carillon family has been established in Puligny-Montrachet since the 16th century. In 2010, the family vineyard was shared between the two brothers, François and Jacques. François Carillon cultivates 6.5 hectares and also runs a trading business. The domaine produces great white wines.
