The wine
Pierre and Bertrand Couly represent the best of Cabernet Franc in their characterful wines. This 100% Cabernet Franc comes from the lieu-dit ‘La Haute Olive’ and is bottled in the spring that follows the harvest. It gives of beautifully floral and spicy aromas.
