Meursault Les Chevalières Boisson-Vadot (Domaine) 2023

Exposed to the north-east, the climate in Chevalières allows for the grapes to mature later on, so they develop intense, floral aromas in the glass. The vines, planted more than thirty years ago, draw their energy from the deep soil. Developed following traditional vinification methods, this wine is limpid and yellow in colour. The nose has mineral aromas that then make way for delicate notes of lily and lemon. The palate, similar to the nose, has a lovely tension that leads to a finish of nectarine and blackberry, underscored by a saline quality. It will be at its best in 5-7 years.
