This very elegant champagne has been made with Pinot Blanc - which is rare for this region but successful nonetheless.
More infoA rare champagne from this producer, unusual in that it contains one of the region's rare varieties: Pinot Blanc. This grape, combined with the Pinot Noir, expresses itself in a rounded, lively, refined and well-structured register. Its extra-brut dosage showcases its delicate aromas of citrus and white fruit, ensuring it can be enjoyed on its own as an apéritif or accompanied by fine food.
About the Producer Huguenot-Tassin

Created in 1984 by Benoit and Marie-Claire Huguenot, who has since then increased their use of single-parcel selections. The vineyard is sustainably-farmed.
