More infoThis cuvée, aged for 24 months in a conical wooden vat, features Mourvèdre, a unique grape variety which can withstand high temperatures effortlessly and delivers mild spicy and dark berry notes. We strongly recommend laying it down for 5 years to let the tannins and potency mellow. Unsurprisingly, it is wonderful with a flavoursome cut of beef.
About the Producer Mas Conscience
Having spent some time working at their Domaine Auzières, Geneviève and Laurent Vidal decided to come back to their native land in 2003: Saint-Jean-de-Fos in the Languedoc. Together they have revamped the cellar, producing delicious wines for immediate consuming pleasure.
