More infoTo make this Clos-Vougeot Grand Cru, the domaine harvests its grapes by hand and vinifies them in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation and élevage in oak barrels are also part of the process. The final wine is garnet in colour and has a complex and delicate aromatic bouquet with hints of roses and violets, raspberries, wild mint, liquorice and truffles. The palate is very elegant and persistent with an irresistibly refined tannin grain. Keep this wine carefully in the cellar and pair with tender and delicately-flavoured foods.
Created by Jean-Luc Aegerter, this Burgundian house was then inherited by his son Paul. The two share a passion for nature, which guides them in producing top-quality wines. Situated in the Côte d'Or, in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the domain is nowadays expertly managed by Paul, who has brought his energy, taking the house's output off the beaten track to produce wines for enophile from all walks of life.
