To make this Clos-Vougeot Grand Cru, the domaine harvests its grapes by hand and vinifies them in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation and élevage in oak barrels are also part of the process. The final wine is garnet in colour and has a complex and delicate aromatic bouquet with hints of roses and violets, raspberries, wild mint, liquorice and truffles.
