More infoThis is a wine that expresses the minerality of the Pinot Noir grape wonderfully. The parcel it comes from is at the top of a slope facing the south where the soil contains limestone and pebbles. Environmentally-friendly methods are used on the vineyard following the principles of regenerative agriculture. The grapes are harvested in small cases in order to protect their quality. This cuvée is vinified in whole bunches in order to obtain a complex and delicate wine, using as few additives as possible.
About the Producer Armand Heitz
★ Partner ProducerArmand Heitz comes from a family of wine négociants in the Côte de Beaune. In 2012, after completing a degree in oenology, he decided to return to the family property where he wished to bring the vine culture back to life. He now has 20 hectares to work with, alongside his brother-in-law Augustin Ceyrac who manages Domaine de la Combe Vineuse. Passionate about agronomy and about agriculture more broadly, Armand has decided to lean towards agro-ecology and regenerative agriculture in his production in order to ensure the protection of his vines and the quality of the resulting wine.
