Alongside its notes of butter and honey, evidence of its time in wood, the wine reveals hints of baked apple, citrus and exotic fruits, sweet spice, white flowers, white truffles and a touch of the mineral. The concentrated and well balanced palate calls for pairing with fine foods such as foie gras or lobster.

About the Producer Aegerter
Created by Jean-Luc Aegerter, this Burgundian house was then inherited by his son Paul. The two share a passion for nature, which guides them in producing top-quality wines. Situated in the Côte d'Or, in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the domain is nowadays expertly managed by Paul, who has brought his energy, taking the house's output off the beaten track to produce wines for enophile from all walks of life.
