As he says himself, his ultimate goal for his wines is to put "a smile of pleasure on the face of the person who enjoys them". He has succeeded in this respect especially since the field has focused on organic wine cultivation since 2005, and is awaiting certification. On this unique land in Loché, Olivier Giroux does high quality work.
