Bouzeron Domaine des Moirots 2021

From thirty year-old vines cultivated on a chalk-clay terroir, this wine is the fruit of the delicate pressing of whole grapes. The fermentation and élevage on fine lees were carried out in ovoid vats and 500-litre barrels. To taste, a superb balance is revealed between notes of white flowers and citrus on the nose and liveliness in the mouth.
