Enjoy the explosive notes of red fruit and flowers when the wine is young. A treat accompanied by grilled dishes.
More infoThis Brouilly has a beautiful ruby hue with notes of red berries and violet. Sweet, crisp and mouth-watering, this wine is coated with fine, well-rounded tannins. It lingers with beautiful freshness. It can be enjoyed when young with delicate meats for example.
About the Producer Château de la Chaize
Situated in Odenas in the Beaujolais, Château de la Chaize is a 250-hectare estate with 90 hectares laid out to vineyards. It is the largest property in the Beaujolais. The domaine was created in 1670 by the seneschal of Lyon François de la Chaize d'Aix and remained in family hands until 2017, when it was bought by the Maïa group (who specialise in engineering, infrastructure and property). The château was designed by Francois Mansart and its surrounding garden landscaped by the royal gardener Andre Le Nôtre. It was awarded historical monument status in 1972.
