More infoThis cuvée is made from old, Gamay vines that are cultivated in Saint-Pierre de Soucy. It is vinified naturally with indigenous yeasts and matured for nine months on the lees in tanks. The wine is vibrant pink in colour with delicious red fruit and stone fruit notes. It is ideal at the table with delicately flavoured foods.

★ Partner ProducerThe Domaine des Ardoisières was created ex nihilo in 1998 on land that had been planted with vines in Roman times, but which had not produced wine for centuries. Michel Grisard, one of the leading Savoyard producers, was the driving force behind the project for a long time, before handing it over to the current manager, Brice Omont in 2008.
The 24-hectare vineyard is cultivated according to organic principles and vinification is extremely natural with as little intervention as possible. With slopes sometimes reaching a 70% gradient, yields are low and the wines dazzling.
