This cuvée, made exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes, is dedicated to the memory of the Fontana family, and more specifically to Saverio, the family’s grandfather. Each parcel is cultivated according to sustainable viticulture methods that respect the environment and biodiversity. In the winery, the hand-picked fruit is vinified in a traditional, low-interventionist way. Once the vinification process is complete, the cuvée is bottled without filtering or fining.
The rich slightly shiny garnet-red colour is heightened by an expressive and generous nose, dominated by aromas of violet fruit and notes of black fruit. The ample and rich palate affirms the aromas of the nose while delicately leading to a fresh, fruity and delicious finish. This cuvée can be enjoyed young, but can also be cellared for several years.
