Released in 2013, Delilah’’s from Compass Box celebrates the 20th anniversary of the famous Chicago punk rock bar of the same name. Created by John Glaser and Mike Miller, it is composed of 48% Cameronbridge, 40% Teaninich and 12% Glen Elgin, and has been matured in a bourbon cask and American oak hogshead. Delilah’’s bar opened in 1993 and is known for its vast selection of beer and over 800 whiskies, as well as its eclectic and trendy programme of music.
