The wine

A Casa Dragones white tequila, produced in small quantities using innovative methods. Tequila is obtained after several distillations in a column still, which leads to an irreproachable quality of spirit. This is then filtered before bottling. Each bottle is labelled by hand and the details of each batch also written on the bottle by hand. Not ageing white tequila places the focus on the flavour of the Weber blue agave used in its production, grown at an altitude of over 1,200 m above sea level, in the valley of Tequila, Jalisco. This is the ideal land for agave, which is harvested by hand once ripe, generally when aged between seven to nine years old.
