The wine
This wine has fruity (blackcurrant, strawberry and sloe) and floral (violet) aromas. In the mouth, substantial body with an attractive minerality and a distinctive fruitiness. It has received 9 months' élevage in stainless steel tanks.
About the Producer Thymiopoulos
This domaine situated in northern Greece in the Naoussa region is managed by Apostoles Thymiopoulos and cultivated organically. The most venerable vines on the domaine are 130 years old and the indigenous Xinomavro grape variety is given pride of place in various cuvées from this highly reputed domaine.
