Domaine de Terrebrune
★ Partner ProducerConsidered a ‘monument of Provence’ by Olivier Poussier – winner of the World’s Best Sommelier award – Terrebrune is an estate with a story that brings us back to the essential of winemaking: the meeting of a grape variety, Mourvèdre, a certain climate, a beautiful terroir, and people with a capacity to craft something superb. For lovers of age-worthy wines, Domaine de Terrebrune offers something rare: reds, whites and rosés of striking minerality and saline precision, almost crystalline in their expression. A fine work of art.

Domaine de Terrebrune
★ Partner ProducerFounded by Georges Delille, who passed away in 2021, the estate is now in the hands of his son Reynald, who co-owns it alongside Jean d’Arthuy. Every year, almost 120,000 bottles are produced under the capable hands of Jean d’Arthuys, with wines made from Mourvèdre (around 70%), Grenache Noir, and Cinsault for the reds, and Marsanne, Rolle, Ugni Blanc, Bourboulenc, and Clairette for the white wines.
Acquired in 1968, Terrebrune lies at the south-eastern edge of the Bandol appellation, in the commune of Ollioules in Provence. The vineyard enjoys a unique influence from the Mediterranean, sitting at an altitude between 150 and 350 metres with great differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures. Here, at the heart of this 35-hectare vineyard, a philosophy of respect and harmony with nature is implemented daily. Naturally, the vines are organically cultivated in full accordance with certified methods. They thrive in a mosaic of marl, clay and limestone soils, imparting the wines with an unmistakable distinct character. The reds carry a vivid freshness that lifts and balances the iconic strength of southern wines. As for the whites and rosés, these are cuvées crafted to age gracefully, evolving even up to a decade.
