François Crochet manages this family-run domain in Bué in the heart of Sancerre country. The vines are cultivated sustainably (grass for ground cover). The wines have a strong personality and are a perfect expression of their terroir. All the cuvées produced are exemplars of elegance and finesse and the range has earned François Crochet an excellent reputation in Sancerre winegrowing circles.
About the wine
This Sancerre has an explosive minerality and freshness! The nose reveals aromas of citrus and, on the palate, it is vivacious and sharp, again with its very noticeable minerality.
