At Château de Suronde, Francis Poirel produces organic wines by strictly controlling yields in order to obtain great concentration and explosive complexity. Lovers of sweet wine the world over remark upon the absolute focus of these wines which have huge ageing potential. The domaine was taken over by Guillaume Mordacq and Jean-François Vaillant in 2005.

This fine liquoreux, made without chaptalisation, is distinguished by its aromas of beeswax and spices. The sugars are perfectly melted. A fine acidity brings freshness to the palate, a magnificent wine!
