Azienda Duemani owes its existence to the experience of Luca Attoma – one of the most famous oenologists in Italy, and consultant oenologist to Tua Rita, the first domaine to receive a 100/100 score from Robert Parker – and to his wife Elena Celli. They decided to produce an environmentally friendly, biodynamically cultivated wine. They are now Demeter certified and produce wines from Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah grape varieties. The soil, which is a blend of clay and stones, and therefore not very fertile, allows the wine to develop great purity and complexity, enhanced by its outstanding geographical location in a natural west-facing amphitheatre 200 metres above sea level.

Cifra is composed entirely of Cabernet Franc grapes, offering an astonishing aromatic richness and great freshness on the palate, thanks in particular to the use of concrete tanks. Black berries and dried herbs evolve towards a slightly candied finish. Excellent.
